Krasnodar, 4 August – Yug Times. Sochi's glamping sites are operating at an average occupancy rate of 70% during the summer season.

The resort city currently has 13 year-round glamping sites with a combined capacity of around 200 guests. All of Greater Sochi's glamping facilities share the same concept: offering a close-to-nature holiday with modern comforts un available at traditional campsites. Guests can choose from luxury safari tents, barn-style cabins, treehouses, and premium detached cottages. Most of the sites are designed for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a closer connection with nature. Walking trails are located nearby, with ski slopes becoming easily accessible during the winter season. "We are seeing the hospitality market evolve and understand that today's travellers are looking for more than simply a place to stay— they want a unique experience," said Sochi Mayor Andrei Proshunin. "Glamping is a perfect response to this demand. It allows visitors to en joy spectacular natural surroundings without sacrificing comfort, attracting not only traditional holidaymakers but also a new generation of digital nomads who combine work with travel. I am confident this sector will continue to grow rapidly."
