Krasnodar, 23 July – Yug Times. Preparations are underway in Sochi to get schools and kinder gartens ready for the new school year. By September 1, educational institutions will have completed renovation work, upgraded their utility systems, strengthened security measures, and improved their grounds. Nearly 359 million rubles have been allocated from the municipal and regional budgets to prepare Sochi’s educational institutions for the new school year. These funds will enable repairs, the upgrading of utility systems, the strengthening of the material and technical infrastructure, and the creation of safe conditions for students and teachers. All work is scheduled to be completed by September 1.
On Knowledge Day, the new School No. 101 on Malysheva Street will open, and by the end of the year, two more educational institutions will begin operations in the city. This summer, roofs are being repaired at several kindergartens and schools, and grounds are being landscaped at a number of institutions.
