Krasnodar, 22 July – Yug Times. In the Southern Federal District, demand for temporary workers rose sharply during the first half of 2026.
Analysts at the “Avito Side Jobs” service noted this trend. According to their data, demand increased most significantly for construction and repair workers—the number of part-time job postings for them doubled (+101%) compared to the same period in 2025. There was also a noticeable increase in vacancies for auto service workers (+59%) and retail employees (+39%).
The highest pay for part-time work was offered to installers— an average of 110,800 rubles per month. The top three highest-paying categories also included auto mechanics (96,500 rubles per month) and human resources managers (92,000 rubles per month).
Dmitry Korolev, senior director of the “Avito Part-Time Jobs” service, notes a sharp increase in the number of part-time job offers in the Amur Region (+70%), the Trans-Baikal Territory (+39%), and the Tomsk Region (+28%).
