Krasnodar, 27 May – Yug Times. Millennials in southern Russia are significantly more confident about their workplace productivity than younger employees, according to a survey conducted by recruitment platform hh.ru.

The study found that 59% of residents in the Southern Federal District rate their productivity highly, though confidence levels vary considerably depending on age, position and professional sector.

Among respondents aged 35 and over, 63% described themselves as highly effective at work. By contrast, only 46% of young employees aged 18 to 24 — commonly referred to as Generation Z — shared the same view.

The highest levels of confidence were recorded among managers. Around 76% of division directors rated themselves highly productive, followed by department heads at 74% and top executives at 71%.
