Krasnodar, 27 Jamuary – Yug Times. Construction of three schools in Greater Sochi is nearing completion, with overall readiness exceeding 90%.
Two secondary schools, located in Lazarevskoe and Bytkha, each designed to accommodate 1,100 students, are scheduled to open in the next academic year. The school on Yasnogorskaya Street is more than 93% complete. Structural works, including reinforced concrete construction, brickwork, roofing and the installation of engineering systems, have been completed, while interior finishing works are now in their final stage. The facility is expected to be commissioned in March this year.
Construction of the school on Kalarash–Malyshev Street in Laza revskoe is also approaching completion. Façade works and roofing have been finalised, with contractors currently carrying out interior finishing and landscaping works. Connection to utility networks is under way, and commissioning is likewise planned for March.
Work is also being finalised on a school on Chaikina Street, where construction readiness is over 95%
