Krasnodar, 14 November – Yug Times. A draft of Adygea’s republican budget for a three-year period has been considered at a recent meeting of the republican Cabinet of Ministers.
Total revenues of the republican budget are forecast at 44.9 billion roubles for 2026, 49.7 billion for 2027 and 55.1 billion for 2028. Growth in tax and non-tax receipts in 2026 compared with the updated forecast for 2025 is projected at 1.3 billion roubles, a growth rate of 5.5%.
Social spending will take up the largest share of expenditure – 61.2%, or 29 billion roubles. Next year, 43.2 billion roubles are planned for the implementation of 24 state programmes. Nearly 8.2 billion roubles will finance measures under 10 national projects in 2026. Capital investments in the region’s state property will exceed 2.7 billion roubles in 2026. Budget allocations to the republic’s Road Fund will amount to 6.1 billion roubles.
“We need to mobilise our own regional resources. Each municipality has reserves – they must be used effectively,” said Adygean Prime Minister Anzaur Kerashev.
