Krasnodar, 15 November – Yug Times. Three new hotels are planned to be built in the resort town of Anapa by 2028.
Due to this, the city's accommodation stock may reach 3,500 rooms. The project is being implemented by the Anapskoye Vzmorie company, which manages the Miracleon Resort.
In 2026, a 180-room five-star luxury hotel is to be commissioned on the beachfront. The hotel's service will be located on the beachfront with unique infinity pool views on the upper floors and a southeastern cuisine restaurant with panoramic sea views.
In 2027, Miracleon Resort will introduce an adults-only holiday exclusive for Russia in a premium 5-star hotel with panoramic views and designer room interiors, nightclub entertainment and pool parties.
A hotel with an aqua park in Anapa is planned to be built in 2028. The five-star family hotel will operate year-round under the ‘ultra all-inclusive’ system. The eight-storey building with 392 rooms and an underground car park will be connected by a pedestrian gallery with the 15,000 sq.m. water park.
