Krasnodar, 17 October – Yug Times. A four-star hotel is being built in Anapa.
The construction is carried out under the preferential lending programme of the national project ‘Tourism and Hospitality Industry’.
The Fioleto hotel block of the Miracleon resort will open in 2025.
"The developer has been included in the unified register of borrowers under the preferential lending programme of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. After commissioning of additional infrastructure elements, the Fioleto will switch to an all-season operation mode,’ said Mikhail Zaritsky, acting Minister of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage of the Krasnodar region. The capacity of the new hotel building is 400 rooms. The cost of construction exceeds two billion roubles.
According to the results of the third stage of the programme of preferential lending of the national project ‘Tourism and Hospitality Industry’, the Krasnodar region became the leader in terms of the number of supported projects.
