Krasnodar, 7 February – Yug Times. Labour productivity has reportedly grown in the Kuban region by 15% due to the fulfilment of a regional program. Since May 2018, eight enterprises have been taking part in the regional project, serving the basis for the fulfilment of the national program in the Kuban region. Executives of the participating companies shared their first results at the meeting held by the regional Ministry of Economy.
“We understand the fulfilment of the national project as big work aimed at replication of the practice of sustainable production, implementation of project management, and transition to digital economy,” Vice Governor Igor Galas said. “In its turn, this will stimulate the involvement of the interior, non-financial resources of enterprises of all spheres of economy, and a significant professional development of their staff.”
In accordance with the Presidential Decree signed last May, labour productivity in key industries of the Kuban regional economy is to rise by 25.7% by the end of 2024.
