Foothill Zone Gets Prepared for Sochi Forum

Krasnodar, 31 January – Yug Times. The selection of priority municipal investment projects is reportedly going on in the Krasnodar region in the context of the fulfilment of the Kuban – 2030 Strategy.

Last week, Vice Governor Igor Galas presided over a presentation of projects of development of the Foothill Economic Zone, that consists of the Labinsk, Otradnensky, Mostovskoi, Belorechensk and Apsheronsk districts. These are areas with the prevalence of the processing industry, extraction and production of building materials, recreation, spa and alpine climatic tourism.

“The aim of the meeting was to find what really is unique points of growth, projects with a big potential that the state can support and cover from – among other sources – the regional investment fund,” Mr. Galas noted.
