Krasnodar, 25 January – Yug Times. She has managed to turn an ordinary resort spa into a modern treatment centre for spinal diseases.
Lago Naki, a health resort located in Adyghea, at the foothills of the Caucasus Biosphere Reserve, is by right considered a trendsetter in medical tourism: all its unique developments within a couple of years are usually implemented in other treatment centre throughout the Krasnodar region and beyond. Credit must go to CEO Tatiana Mamontova for this success. Everything began in 2007 when Tatiana, as an anticrisis management expert was invited to Lago Naki, whose director understood that they could not compete with other resort spas.
A year was spent to reconstruct the building. After the capital repairs and installation of state-of-the-art equipment, what was then a trivial spa turned into an advanced medical centre.
“In addition to general spa treatment, we decided to focus on spinal rehabilitation by using century-long traditions of Chinese folk medicine and naturopathy,” Tatiana Mamontova recounts. “Nobody had ever done that before. Everyone who comes to our establishment must pursue our philosophy. The holidaymakers who arrive at Lago Naki to improve their health should be feeling our love and care.”
