Krasnodar, 28 November – Yug Times. Personal demands are said to be changing together with public transformations - and the policy of OZ Mall, the biggest shopping and entertainment centre in southern Russia, is following these processes.
Our today’s interviewees are OZ Mall Marketing Director Anna Sakova and Sales Director Yulia Abdulagadzhieva.
A.S.: The synergy of pastime is a mighty growth factor. When people come to our shopping centre, they may be confident that they will find all goods they need, they may go to the hairdresser’s, have good lunch, and have a good time here.
Yu.A.: Indeed, today large malls are not merely shopping - they are also meeting and recreation places.
It’s the time that pushes the society to have the platforms similar to OZ Mall turned into a zone of family communication. On weekdays, we are absorbed with our work or education, so we cannot spend as much time as we want with one another. It becomes quite possible in a mall, where people go together, and often for a whole day.
We do react to such change in the social environment. For 2019, we have big plans to develop our common use zones: we will build a unique space for meetings, where fairs, exhibitions, training courses, master classes and various intellectual activities will be held.
