Krasnodar, 3 October – Yug Times. At the 13th session of the regional Legislative Assembly (Parliament), its deputies considered a number of important issues meant to govern the life of the citizens. The list of the issues reviewed included consideration of the regional budget for 2019 and the scheduled budget for 2019-2020, social support of pre-retirement aged people, and motivation of small and midsize businesses. The first item of the agenda was consideration of amendments to the law on the regional budget. The draft bill was presented by Minister of Finance Sergei Maksimenko. He informed that the budget revenues are to be increased by more than a billion roubles. The deputies unanimously backed the regional law providing for the regional perks and social support measures for pre-retirement aged citizens. The new law introduced changes into ten regional laws.
“The regional budget has assigned 9 billion roubles to guarantee the privileges and social support for the pre-retirement aged people,” Governor Veniamin Kondratiev stressed, commenting on the new law.
The deputies adopted amendments to another regional law, “On the organisation of retail markets, fairs and agricultural exhibitions and fairs in the territory of the Krasnodar region.” The new edition of the law recommends the regional executive power to arrange for additional points of sale at the retail markets, exhibitions and fairs.
