Krasnodar, 25 September – Yug Times. First Vice Governor Andrei Alekseyenko has reportedly inspected the construction of one of the long-lasting building projects in Krasnodar.
It was in 2012 when Kubankapstroi Company began to erect three high-rises at Znamensky and Snesarev streets, but three years later the works were suspended, and the flat owners had to resort to the regional government for help. Ultimately, the new investor was found - Glavnaya Investitsionnaya Kompaniya (Chief Investment Company) Ltd. Mr. Alekseyenko personally inspected the construction site and met the dwellers’ spearhead. Now the works have resumed, the faults committed by the previous contractor have been corrected, and the new tower crane was mounted on the site. The scheduled commissioning date is September 2019. At the same time, one of the high-rises of the complex, a 240-flat block, is to be completed by the end of this year.
“On these three projects, the works are being performed strictly according to schedule: the construction of one building is to be completed this year, and the commissioning has been scheduled for the first quarter of 2019,” Mr. Alekseyenko said. “What is more, the future dwellers have an opportunity to visit the construction site and observe the construction by themselves.”
