Krasnodar, 3 May – Yug Times. Vice Governor Vasili Shvets has reportedly presided over a session of the regional Consultative Council on Foreign Investments, attended by representatives of major international companies operating in the region, members of the European Business Association. “Our main aim is to support the auspicious business climate in the region,” stated Mr. Shvets. “We want to show that the regional authorities are prepared to a direct dialog with our foreign partners.”
He also stressed that the interest of the international business community to the Krasnodar region continues to grow. Its evidence is the fact that last year over thirty foreign delegations visited Kuban.
Chair of the Southern Regional Committee of the European Business Association Oleg Zharko announced the results of the work with foreign investors in the Krasnodar region in 2017.
“From the viewpoint of practical experience and consolidated opinion of major international companies, and according to a survey of foreign companies, the investment climate in the Kuban region may be assessed as very positive,” stated Mr. Zharko.
