Krasnodar, 10 January – Yug Times. 67% of the tourists who visited the Kuban Black Sea resorts for the first time said they would like to come here again, announced the pollsters from Sochi State University after the analysis of the sociological survey of the tourists that visited Anapa, Gelendzhik and Sochi.
Nearly a third of the respondents said they would like to visit Anapa once again; over 20% said they wanted to visit Sochi; and nearly 10% stated they would like to come back to Gelendzhik.
The pollsters learnt that most tourists came to Kuban for holiday, a third for treatment, and for 10% it was a business trip. The average duration of their stay at the Black Sea coast was about 11 days.
“By mid-December, nearly 15.8 million tourists visited the resorts of the Krasnodar region,” stated Vice Governor Vasili Shvets. “This figure is equal to that of the entire 2016, when Turkey and Egypt were closed for Russian holidaymakers.”
