Krasnodar, 27 December – Yug Times. HeadHunter’s Research Department has reportedly asked Russian employers, including those from Krasnodar, Sochi, Novorossiysk and Anapa, if they plan to hold corporate New Year parties this year.
In Moscow and St. Petersburg, the share of the respondents that gave positive answer equaled to 68%, while in the regions their share reached 78%.
At the same time, 32% said that they will have to cut the budget due to the current economic situation in the country. Most of them will move the festivity to a more modest place; others try to place part of the expenses on their employees or decide against the services of contractors. Others said they will save money on alcohol, decide against presents to their employees, or postpone the party till January.
The most popular venue of the corporate party is a restaurant. Such was the choice of nearly a half of the respondents.
