Krasnodar, 20 December – Yug Times. The noted entrepreneur and lawyer Mikhail Musaelian has proposed a fundamentally new form of public space to be organized in Anapa. He proposed a continuous beach area stretching from downtown to Vitiazevo.
Mr. Musaelian said he wanted to use larch as the building material, because this wood behaves well under heightened humidity. The flooring may be 6 to 8 m wide, and up to 40 cm high. The common space of the new promenade would unite a number of now isolated catering and amusement services.
The modular solution for all elements would enable to implement the idea as a single concept and in a short space of time. Mr. Musaelian said that the project was already shown to historians, archaeologists and environmentalists who did not object against the construction of the new corduroy path.
The project may be financed jointly by the budget and the business circles. Another possible variant may be joint efforts based on state-private partnership. Mikhail Musaelian believes that his idea may be so much interesting that the 15-km-long illuminated road would become a symbol of Anapa, like Eiffel Tower for Paris.
