Yug Times. The public activists have reportedly defined about 30 proposals that may change the lives of the Kuban residents for the better.
At a conference of the regional branch of the All-Russia Popular Front, its activists together with regional power officers and experts were discussing current problems of the region.
The conference began with several discussion grounds, which focused their attention on the issues of public health, education, residential and communal services, economy, and formation of the favourable environment for people with limited possibilities. The regional group Honest and Efficient Economy raised such topics as support of small businesses, growth of labour productivity, agricultural cooperation, elimination of the lack of high-skilled personnel in the industrial sector, and development of legislative initiatives aimed at lowering of administrative barriers.
“These are global projects that cannot be resolved at once,” stressed Lubov Popova, co-chair of the regional branch of the Popular Front and leader of the workgroup Honest and Efficient Economy. “What we want is not just to identify the problem, but to keep trying to get it solved. This is also how the problem is seen by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. That is why all the topics touched upon here will be included in our agenda for 2017.”
